We distil white Moscato grapes sourced from Yarra Valley, Victoria, in our purpose-built Grappa still, where the spirit’s vapour passes through crushed Carrara marble for remarkable purity. A delicate palate with aromas of honeydew melon and peaches, this Grappa is light-medium bodied and distinctively perfumed with a pleasantly dry finish.
Grappa Di Moscato shines when served chilled. Fill a grappa glass with Grappa Di Moscato, straight from the fridge and enjoy the delicate aromas of honeydew melon, peach and a wisp of white rose.
Ingredients
25ml x Grappa di Moscato
30ml x White Vermouth
10ml x Fresh Lemon Juice
5ml x Pickle Juice
6 shakes of Tabasco
7 shakes of Worcester Sauce
a pinch of salt
Glass & Garnish
Glass: Short ball Glass
Garnish: 1 slice of Cucumber, 1 Pickled vegetable, dash of Cracked Pepper
METHOD
Stir and top with ice cubes and tomato juice.
