The Barbera grape is known for its deep red colour, high acidity and soft tannins, and is one of the most-planted red grape varieties in Italy. Davidson plums are known as one of the best Australian native plums. The deep dark purple fruits contain a soft juicy pulp with a sharp acidity. The aroma is earthy and taste is sour with some astringency.
Enjoy chilled in a Rocks glass.
Ingredients
45ml x Rosso Gin
45ml x Mediterranean Tonic (our preference is Fever-Tree)
Glass & Garnish
Glass: Balloon Gin Glass
Garnish: 1 slice of dehydrated blood orange & 1 sprig of rosemary
METHOD
Add ice to Balloon Gin glass, pour in Rosso Gin and Tonic. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange slice and rosemary swig.
